Fechas de Concurso: 1ro de Febrero al 30 de Junio del 2015

Resúmen: Adultos mayores de 18 años serán elegibles para participar con solo UNA vez al día por localidad. MundoFM seleccionará un total de diez finalistas elegibles para participar. Se garantizará un finalista en 6 localidades previamente designados. 4 finalistas serán elegidos del resto de las localidades. El día del premio, El 11 de Julio de 2015 todos los finalistas deberán estar presentes en Autonation Chevrolet, 2200 Este del Interestatal 40 en Amarillo, Tx. Los Finalistas serán contactados por teléfono a no más tardar del 7 de Julio del 2015. Cada finalista se le permitirá seleccionar una de múltiples llaves, y la persona que elija la llave que encienda el Automóvil será el acreedor(a) a un Chevrolet Camaro 2015, participantes deben estar presentes y ser mayores de 18 años para ganar. Ninguna compra es requerida. El ganador(a) será responsable de cargos de Impuestos, Titulo y Permisos asociados con la adquisición del auto.

RESTRICCIONES DE ELIJIBILIDAD: Los Participantes y ganadores(as) deben residir dentro del área de cobertura de Telemundo Amarillo, asignada por Nielsen Media Research y ser mayores de 18 años. Los menores de edad no podrán participar. Empleados de KTMO, Mundo FM(KEYU), Autonation Chevrolet y Dueños de los negocios patrocinadores y su equipo de gerencia (lista proveida previamente por los patrocinadores) o cualquier entidad publicitaria, empleados de estaciones de Radio o Televisión, además de familiares relacionados(as) inmediatamente con cualquiera de los mencionados NO SON ELEGIBLES PARA GANAR. El termino de Familiares Relacionados(as) Inmediatamente incluye Cónyuges, Hermanos(as), Padre, Madre, Hijos(as), Abuelo(a), Nieto(a), ya sea familia política, de relaciones maritales actuales o previas, adopciones, personas viviendo bajo el mismo techo con vínculos familiares o no, de los previamente mencionados.

PUBLICIDAD AL PARTICIPAR: Todos los participantes y/o ganador(a) conceden permiso exclusivo a nuestra estación de utilizar, nombres, imagen, voces relacionadas con promoción y concurso sin exigir algún honorario, derecho o compensación por su uso.

ABSOLUCION AL PARTICIPAR: Cada participante y ganador(a) no exigirá reclamos o responsabilidad a nuestra estación, y sus empleados y agentes, por lesiones personales o perdidas, que hayan sido causadas en o durante la conducción o participación del concurso, o uso de premio.

DECISIONES: Nos reservamos el derecho a descalificar a participantes o ganador(a) y tal vez nos negaremos a hacer entrega de premio a personas no elegibles o que hayan violado las reglas, se hayas aprovechado al participar en el concurso, o hayan ganado de manera fraudulenta. Nuestra estación se reserva el derecho de decidir un ganador(a) alternativo o no entregar premio al ganador. Nuestra estación solucionara quejas o mal entendidos referentes al reglamento y la decisión final la tendrá la estación.

ENTREGA DE PREMIO: Cada finalista deberá estar presente en Autonation Chevrolet el 11 de Julio de 2015 para ser elegible a ganar el premio. Ganador(a) deberá mostrar su licencia de manejar, con nombre completo, dirección actual, y fecha de nacimiento. El ganador(a) deberá de recibir el premio en persona. Terceras personas no podrán recibir regalo o presentarse por ganador(a) La gerencia de Mundo FM se reserva el derecho a hacer excepciones de manera individual. No compras son necesarias para participar, la estación tal vez substituya el premio por otro de valor equivalente, modificar las reglas o cancelar el concurso de como fue promovido en cualquier momento. Copias escritas de este documento estarán disponibles en la estación durante el horario de trabajo normal. Dates of Contest: February 1st to June 30th, 2015

OVERVIEW: Adults 18 years of age and older are eligible to enter ONE(1) time per day, per location. Mundo FM will select a total of 10 finalists from all eligible entries. There will be (ONE)1 guaranteed finalist from up to 6 designated (identified below) sponsor locations. 4 finalists will be selected from all other entry locations. The day of the giveaway On July 11th, 2015 all finalists will be required to go to Autonation Chevrolet 2200 I40 East in Amarillo, Texas. Finalists will be notified via phone no later than July 7th, 2015. Each finalist will be allowed to select a key from the hat. The person with the key that starts the car will win the 2015 Chevrolet Camaro. Must be present to win. Must be 18 or older to be eligible. No purchase necessary. Winner will be responsible for applicable Tax, Title and License fees.

ELIGIBILITY AND LIMITATIONS: Participants and winner(s) must reside within the station's Designated Market Area (DMA) as defined by Nielsen Media Research and must be at least 18 years old. No minors are allowed to participate. Employees of KEYU-TV, KEYU FM, KFDA-TV, Drewry Broadcasting, Autonation Chevrolet and this contest's participating sponsors ownership group and top management (list previously provided by sponsor) and their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws" or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.

PUBLICITY By participating, all participants and winner(s) grant the station exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use.

RELEASE By participating, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the station, its employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss, which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the contest, or from the use of any prize.

DECISIONS We reserve the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the contest, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. Station reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner's prize in its sole discretion. Station will resolve any disputes or ambiguities concerning the rules and station's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final.

PRIZE REDEMPTION Each finalist must be present at Autonation Chevrolet on July 11th,2015 to be eligible to win the final prize. Winners must present a Texas driver's license, with their full name, current address and date of birth. The winner must appear in person to claim his/her prize. Relatives, friends, etc. will not be allowed to show verification for the winner. The management of Mundo FM reserves the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. No purchase necessary to participate or win. Station may substitute prizes of equivalent value, amend the rules or discontinue the contest at any time as announced.
